Whilst you are receiving professional advice on the care of your back, specialist treatment and back pain health clinic sessions aimed to teach you ways to minimise and manage your lower back pain attacks, you will have the added benefit of getting away to a peaceful country retreat environment.

You will be surrounded by the enchanting beauty of the Mona Country Manor House Estate in Braidwood in Tallaganda shire halfway between Canberra ACT and Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW Australia.

Your senses will be delighted and refreshed as you wander through landscaped lawns and gardens, along winding pathways, past copses of mature trees, and over the five arched stone bridge crossing a picturesque lake.

Only 3 participants attend the Schneider Back Pain Clinic at any given time. Non-participating partners are most welcome and will enjoy the luxury facilities at Mona country retreat while experiencing a relaxing holiday break.

Variable Back Pain Retreat Programs Available:

1. Full program - 2 days ($940.00)

The full 2 day program includes your two nights accommodation in on of the luxury Villas at Mona Country Manor House, 2 clinical sessions with Greg Schneider, a massage, plunge spa pool, back maintenance exercises and estate walks. Enjoy 2 delicious dinners and lunches served in your Villa. Breakfast provisions are laid out in the Kitchen to be taken at your leisure. Partners are welcome at an additional accommodation and meals cost of $150 per night

2. Short Stay program ($425.00)

If time does not permit the luxury of a 2 day escape then consider this shorter program: Includes an overnight stay in luxury accommodation, and 1 clinical session with Greg Schneider, dinner, bed and (self catering)breakfast. Access to all the facilities including the heated plunge/spa pool is also included.

3. Clinical Session only ($200.00)

Alternatively you can visit the clinic for an extended consultation with Greg Schneider
